PLEASE NOTE: TravelMaven's most popular tour is our three-week Best of SOUTH AFRICA offered in January and February only. However, some people have asked for a two-week package, while others have asked for a South Africa offering at other times of the year. In response, we have created a new tour, called SOUTH AFRICA Highlights, that includes the same stops as our three-week offering, but with a tighter schedule. It is also vailable at any time of year.
We begin with SOUTH AFRICA Highlights tour with four nights in the Stellenbosch wine region. A relaxed program allows everyone to recover from the journey and enjoy the area's natural bounty before moving on to three nights in spectacular Cape Town visiting Table Mountain, Robben Island and other highlights.
Then, after this week on the Western Cape, guests fly cross-country to southern Africa's premier safari destination, Kruger National Park. This week features three safaris, as well as Blyde River Canyon, Graskop Gorge, Sudwala Caves and Jane Goodall's Chimp Eden.
